Solved with a classical aesthetic, combined with design furnishing of excellence, an edge lighting-system, contemporary art and antiques, manage to create a perfectly balanced sophisticated mix. In the foreground, Iron and mat bench, design Julie Prisca. On the left hand side a walnut root Roundtable, circa 1820, with ceramic vases Pols Potten. In the living room a Barcelona lounge chair, design Ludwig Mies van der Rohe , a glamorous three seater. Raffles sofa with cushions and a pair of Susanna easy Armchairs, all design Vico Magistretti, for e DePadova. The room is lit by Surf wall fixtures and Melampus Terra lamps both designed by Adrian Gardere, for Artemide. A handmade Tibetan Silk Rug lies on the dark luster calden wood floor. From the boite a rideaux, traslucent linen curtains and diffusse Luxaflex roller screens, provide reflection and filter the natural light. Paintings of Ricardo Cinalli, Ignacio Valdez and Lorena Ventimiglia highlight the space.
Behind a pair of Susanna easy armchairs, upholstered in white grosgrain, hangs Lorena Ventimiglia’s nine works of art.
The dining room is lit by Surf wall scounces and a pair of hanging Tolomeo Mega silk screens, design Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina for Artemide. Around the dark tinted oak table, DSW armchairs designed by Charles Eames.
In the master bedroom a sophisticated and elegant Selene bed by Maxalto, upholstered in linen with comfortable flexible headboard and light-weight proportions. The bed is dressed with a set of Egyptian cotton sheets and pillow cases with double vanilla craftsmanship and Swiss organdy details; the bedside rug in Fuegian Fox. On the dark tinted oak bedside tables lie an evening silver and crystal glass from Armani House and a silver bowl from Marie Claude Berard. On the walls paintings of Juan Becu and Paula Cecchi.
In the childrens’ bedroom a pair of beds and bench upholstered in grey velvet with set of sheets and pillow cases in Egyptian cotton with a double handmade embroidered lace and baby alpaca blankets. Melampo table lamps designed by Adrian Gardere ,Artemide. A llama wool carpet lies on the original dark luster calden wooden floor. The Luxaflex roller screens provide privacy and diffuse daylight. Claudia Fernandez and Julio Lepez paintings hang on the walls highlighting the space.
In the guest bedroom, on the dark luster original calden floor lies a llama wool carpet, a chaise longue upholstered in linen, with velvet accessory cushions and a baby alpaca blanket. A melampo lamp designed by Adrian Terra Gardere for Artemide illuminates the room. The diffusse Luxaflex roller screens, filter the natural light. On the wall, enhancing the room, a mirror with gilded frame and a pair of Julio Lepez paintings.
The Roca Element Bath is the leading piece in this Carrara marble coated master bathroom. Over the counter a LSA glass vase with roses and hand towels in Belgian linen with double vanilla craftsmanship and Swiss organdy details. Julio Lepez painting dominates the scene.
In the daily dining room, a table with stainless steel frame and Carrara marble top with DSW chairs designed by Charles Eames. On the table, Belgian linen napkins with double vanilla craftsmanship and Swiss organdy details, crystal glasses, silver place plate, cutlery and jug. The work of art belongs to Julio Lepez.
